In 2024, the Cultured Bridge Foundation, in collaboration with the Ukrainian Drama Theater of New York, presented a special theatrical performance honoring the 210th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko.
The performance, Woman. Mother. Eternity., based on Shevchenko’s works Vidma and Naimychka, was directed by Ivan Bernatsky, People’s Artist of Ukraine. The production reflected Shevchenko’s enduring message of resilience, humanity, and the strength of the Ukrainian spirit.
