Under the artistic direction of People’s Artist of Ukraine Ivan Bernatsky, the Ukrainian Drama Theater in New York presented a special performance honoring the 210th anniversary of Taras Shevchenko—a defining voice of freedom, dignity, and national identity.
Hosted at the Ukrainian National Home in New York, the event paid tribute to Shevchenko’s enduring legacy and his timeless call: “Fight — and you shall overcome.”
